This cancer survivor necklace is made similar to the Tiffany necklaces that are worn as chokers.  The sterling silver links are solid and large; and they measure about 3/8" long each.  The lobster clasp is attached in front on the side of the affirmation circle.  The affirmation circle is approximately 1" and says "survivor".  Awareness ribbons are also featured on the affirmation circle.

The prototype for this particular cancer survivor necklace is about 15 1/2" long, but I'll size this necklace up to 17" if you feel you need the extra length.
