One of a kind sterling silver awareness jewelry piece by Mary Pat Boyd.

The cross on this necklace measures about 1 3/8" long (including the bail) and it's about 3/4" wide.  The awareness ribbon is centered on the cross.  Necklace is about 18 1/2" long and finished with a toggle clasp.
